ABOUT BARBADOS NINJA THROWDOWN
The Barbados Ninja Throwdown is the brainchild of Mr. Delano Hinds who at 25 years of age started this competition and is currently the Owner of FitPro Gym.
Founded in Barbados in 2016 by Delano Hinds, the Barbados Ninja Throwdown (BNT) has grown from a local competition of 60 athletes into an internationally recognized obstacle course sports event, welcoming competitors, families and supporters from around the world to Featherbed Lane, Saint John, Barbados.
BNT is more than a competition. It is a platform where athletes of all ages and abilities challenge themselves, represent their communities and qualify for multiple international leagues and championships to further develop their ninja careers. From its Caribbean home, BNT combines world-class competition with the warmth, culture and hospitality that only Barbados can offer.
Beyond the competition, BNT is the ultimate sports vacation. Athletes and their families stay together, experience Barbados side by side and share memories that last a lifetime, from a Sunset Catamaran Cruise to a dedicated Redemption Day where everyone gets more time on the course. With a Placement Course to warm up and a full week of activities, BNT is designed to give every athlete and family the most out of their Caribbean experience.
